Please complete the form below to submit your RMA request. Please describe the error as precisely as possible. The information you give will allow a more targeted, rapid and efficient troubleshooting here.

    RMA Packaging and Shipping Instructions

    • Package the material appropriately to prevent shipping damage and to provide Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection
    • The item must be returned no later than 30 days from the date of issue of the RMA number.
    • Write the RMA number on the outside of the box for proper routing
    • The customer is responsible for one-way shipping, and insurance (optional).
